When spring & summer is here. we always want to eat something fast & healthy. so here it is our fast & easy creation..

- add 1/2 fresh rip avocado
- add your choice of bread (1 wheat pita, or 2 slice of Tuscon)
- add 1/2 tomato thin slice
- add about four to five thin slice of feta cheese
- add fresh basil leaf optional
- spread the avocado thin slices on bread .
- layer with tomato basil & feta cheese.
