Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1/2 pound tri-colored corkscrew pasta
  •   1/2 roasted red bell pepper, chopped
  •   1/2 small red onion, chopped
  •   1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
  •   1/4 pound salami, diced
  •   1/4 pound mozzarella cheese, diced
  •   Optional: 1 small can artichoke hearts, drained
  •   1/2 Cup Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  •   1/8 tsp. each garlic powder & dried basil
  •   salt and pepper to taste
  •   1/2 to 1 cup Italian or spicy vinegarette salad dressing,
  •   depending on how much you like on your salad.

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and let cool. Add rest of ingredients except salad dressing if not serving right away.
  2. You can make this a day ahead for a picnic or party and then add the dressing before serving.
