Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   8 oz. water
  •   Salt (per individual)
  •   4 Tablespoons Masa Flour (Mexican Flour)
  •   1 Tablespoon Cumin
  •   3 Tablespoons Chilli Powder
  •   4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  •   1 6-oz. can of Tomato Paste
  •   2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  •   1 24-oz Jar of Favorite Picante Sauce or Salsa

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into one-inch chunks. Put in food processor. Add the 4 tablespoons of Teriyaki Sauce. Hit the Pulse Button appoximately ten times. Put chicken in a non-stick fry pan. Cook chicken until pinkness disappears (approximately five minutes). Stir in the jar of Picante Sauce or Salsa. Add 3 Tablespoons of Chilli Powder, 1 Tablespoon of Cumin, 4 Tablespoons of Masa Flour (Mexican Flour), 1 can of Tomato Paste. Add water. Simmer on Medium-low for ten minutes. Add salt if needed.
