I made a few simple sweets to celebrate All Hallows? Eve, and I hope you like them. There?s one side dish and two desserts!

- add 1-2 bars dark chocolate (high cacao content, raw chocolate is best)
- add 3 tbsp. almond butter, room temperature
- add 1 tbsp. honey
- add 1 ice cube tray
- Gently melt the dark chocolate in a bowl (set a bowl over a pot full of hot water on the stove and stir frequently until melted). Drizzle a little melted chocolate into the bottom of the holes in the ice cube tray. In a separate bowl, mix the almond butter and honey together. Spoon a tiny dollup of the honey almond butter mixture on top of the chocolate in the ice cube tray. Drizzle more melted chocolate on top to cover the almond butter. Put the tray in the freezer to set for about 20 minutes or more. Take the tray out and twist to break out the cubes. Serve chilled.
- Tip 1: I used Artisana Cacao Bliss as my chocolate. It?s a healthy raw chocolate spread made from cacao powder, coconut oil, and agave. If you want to use it too, you can find it sold online or at health food stores. Otherwise, any bar of high-quality dark chocolate will do. Tip 2: These are very rich, so enjoy them in small quantities or share with friends.
