Ingredients [?] Change Serving Size Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   2 sweet potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
  •   1 T. vegetable oil
  •   1 lb. kielbasa or smoked sausage
  •   2 red peppers, chopped
  •   1 onion, chopped
  •   2 tsp. minced garlic
  •   1 cup salsa
  •   1 tsp. cumin
  •   salt and pepper to taste ?

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the sausage in the oil.? Add the peppers, onion and garlic.? Cook until the vegetables are tender.? Add the salsa and sweet potatoes.? Salt and pepper, if needed.?
