  • add   6 ounces mayonnaise
  • add   1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • add   2 teaspoons fresh parsley
  • add   2 teaspoons gherkins
  • add   1 teaspoon fresh tarragon or chives
  • add   2 teaspoons capers

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Allow to stand for at least 1 hour before serving, to allow the flavours to blend.
