  • add   1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • add   1 cup tomato salsa
  • add   2 Tbsps. vegetable oil
  • add   1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • add   1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • add   1-1/4 lbs. ground chicken
  • add   1 egg

Instructions

  1. Beat egg and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl until wellblended. Add ground chicken and mix just until combined. Form into4 patties about 3/4 inchthick. Mix together flour and salt and pepper to taste. Dredge pattiesin seasoned flour. Melt butter in oil in a heavy nonstick skillet overmedium high heat. Cook burgers about 5 minutes per side, turning once,until golden brown and meat springs back when touched lightly incenter. Chicken should be white throughout but still juicy. Drainburgers on paper towels. Serve with salsa and cilantro.
