  • add   2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • add   2 teaspoons thai chili sauce or other asian chili sauce
  • add   2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • add   3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • add   2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce or vietnamese fish sauce
  • add   1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger
  • add   1 1/2 cups seeded and chopped vine-ripened tomatoes


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
  3. The salsa will keep for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
