  •   2 c. shredded zucchini
  •   1 Tsp salt
  •   1/2 c. mayo
  •   1/2 c. plain yogurt
  •   1/4 c. grated parmsean cheese
  •   1/4 c. fined chopped green pepper
  •   4 green onions- sliced
  •   2 garlic cloves, chopped
  •   1 Tsp worcester sauce
  •   1/4 tsp hot pepper
  •   36 slice snack french or wheat bread

Instructions

  1. in a bowl, toss zucchini and salt; let stand for one hour, rinse and drain, pressing out excess liquid.
  2. add the next 8 indregeints; stir until combined spread arounded teaspoonful on each slice of bread; place on a baking sheet.
  3. bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until bubbly, serve immediately- 3 dozen
