there are some times that you want to go vegan.. then I thought that tofu burger would be a good one, healthy, delirious, & easy.. so i began to create..

- add 1 16 oz extra firm Tofu
- add 1 package of japans or Korean Tofu burger mix

- add here is my mix:
- add 1.4 cup chopped leek
- add 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- add 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- add 1 cup chopped Green , Red & yellow
- add bell pepper
- add 2 Eggs
- add lemon pepper to taste
- mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
- portion the patties in the size you wish your burger or appetizer to be .
- then brown in a pan using extra virgin olive oil.
- until is golden brown..
- as sandwich chose any kind of bread as you wish with lettuce , tomato, pickles & also you can spread fresh Avocado as or place of mayo if you wish ..Enjoy
