there are some times that you want to go vegan.. then I thought that tofu burger would be a good one, healthy, delirious, & easy.. so i began to create..

Ingredients [?] Change Serving Size Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1 16 oz extra firm Tofu
  •   1 package of japans or Korean Tofu burger mix
  •   If you can not find this mix .
  •   here is my mix:
  •   1.4 cup chopped leek
  •   1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  •   1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  •   1 cup chopped Green , Red & yellow
  •   bell pepper
  •   2 Eggs
  •   lemon pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
  2. portion the patties in the size you wish your burger or appetizer to be .
  3. then brown in a pan using extra virgin olive oil.
  4. until is golden brown..
  5. as sandwich chose any kind of bread as you wish with lettuce , tomato, pickles & also you can spread fresh Avocado as or place of mayo if you wish ..Enjoy
