  • add   1 chopped red onion
  • add   1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • add   4 chopped tomatoes
  • add   1 teaspoon salt
  • add   1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • add   1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • add   2 teaspoons chopped ginger
  • add   2 teaspoons chopped green chilies


  1. Mix everything together in a food processor, just enough to chop and mix (3 to 5 rounds).
  2. Do not puree.
  3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before you serve it.
