  •   1 cup fresh orange juice divided
  •   2 1/2 tlb gulden's spicy brown mustard
  •   2 1/2 tlb. cocktail sauce
  •   2 1/2 tlb. Hoisin sauce
  •   5 lbs {bag} chicken wings or drummets can mix.
  •   1 can chunk pineapple
  •   2 cans tropical fruit

Instructions

  1. In large Ziplock bag, place chicken, 1 can drained tropical fruit, 1/2 can pineapple with 1/2 juice, mix. refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Can prepare this far in a.m. before work.

    To cook:
    Drain chicken, throw out fruit and juice, rinse lightly chicken. in large bowl, place chicken, 1can drained tropical fruit and remaing pineapple drained.

    Mix: Hoisin sauce, chili sauce, mustard, and remaining orange juice, mix. pour over chicken mix well. Put chicken and fruit on cookie sheet covered with heavy duty foil. Bake at 425* for 30 min. turn chicken, baste with any juices on sheet. Continue baking for another 25 min, check chicken for doneness.
    Serve on tray covered with red lettuce leaves. Serve with salad of choice/ coleslaw, and hot sauce.
