Ingredients [?] Change Serving Size Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1 16 oz package of extra firm Tofu
  •   1/2 cup shredded 4 Italian cheese
  •   1/2 cup chopped leek
  •   1/2 cup of chopped red,green & yellow bell pepper
  •   3 large eggs
  •   1/2 cup non fat yogurt
  •   1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. mash the tofu & mix all the ingredients very well.
  2. pour into a large round baking dish with or without pie crust
  3. bake in 350 pre heated oven for 40 to 45 min..
  4. always test with tooth pick in center to be sure.
  5. take out of the oven cool for 10 min before cutting to serve.
