Here is a item that most of member of your family might not like to have to eat. But with this recipe you can change their mind.

- add 1 16 oz package of extra firm Tofu
- add 1/2 cup shredded 4 Italian cheese
- add 1/2 cup chopped leek
- add 1/2 cup of chopped red,green & yellow bell pepper
- add 3 large eggs
- add 1/2 cup non fat yogurt
- add 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- mash the tofu & mix all the ingredients very well.
- pour into a large round baking dish with or without pie crust
- bake in 350 pre heated oven for 40 to 45 min..
- always test with tooth pick in center to be sure.
- take out of the oven cool for 10 min before cutting to serve.
