4 slices of sourdough bread

Can of cranberry sauce
-
Turkey sandwich meat
-
1 pear
-
8 slices of brie cheese
-
Olive oil
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 350
- Lightly spread olive oil on one side of the bread. Place face down on a cookie sheet
- Spread cranberry sause on the bread
- Place turkey on top of cranberry sauce
- Slice pear and place ontop of the turkey
- Slice brie and place ontop of the turkey
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted

I usually make this as an open faced sandwich, but you can always use two pices of bread. This also tastes great with pulled chicken.

brie and turkey is one of the best combinations on a sandwich i have ever had. Never added cranberry....should be interesting
