This is my version of the Olive Garden's famous soup.

  •   TUSCANO SOUP
  •   2 Italian sausages
  •   1 Tablespoon olive oil
  •   1/2 onion, chopped
  •   4 leaves kale, chopped
  •   1/2 cube butter
  •   1 potato, sliced and cooked
  •   in water, then drained
  •   2 Tablespoons flour
  •   2 Cups milk
  •   2 1/2 Cups chicken broth
  •   1/4 teaspoon garlic
  •   1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  •   Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown sausages (casing removed) in olive oil, add onion and butter.
  2. Cook 5 minutes, add kale and potatoes.
  3. Add flour and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Then add milk, broth and seasonings.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally until kale is tender.
