  • add   1 cup plain yogurt (drained)
  • add   1 clove garlic
  • add   1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • add   2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • add   1/2 English cucumber (drained)

Instructions

  1. (To drain yogurt and cucumber- line a strainer with damp cheesecloth, set inside a bowl. Let drain for 1- 2 hours) Drain them in seperate containers.
  2. Once yogurt and cucumber are drained, mix with other ingredients.
  3. Let sit for 1/2 hour before eating.
