Ultimate Taco Salad

Prep:

A whole meal salad! Serve with french bread and enjoy. There is NEVER any left and people always request that I make it.

  • add   2 lbs hamburger
  • add   salsa
  • add   1 red onion
  • add   1 head iceberg lettuce
  • add   2-3 tomatoes
  • add   1 avocado
  • add   salt & pepper
  • add   2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • add   1 can red kidney beans
  • add   1 bottle thousand island dressing
  • add   1 cup nacho cheese flavor Doritos

Instructions

  1. Mix lettuce, tomatoes and onion in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add cheese, crushed Doritos and the dressing.
  3. Add kidney beans to cooked hamburger and drain.
  4. Put on top of the salad.
  5. Decorate with sliced avocado and stand whole Doritos around the edge of the bowl.
