  • add   10 oz. Red Apple
  • add   5 oz. Green Apple
  • add   6 oz. Diced Celery
  • add   3 oz. Dried Cranberries
  • add   3 oz. Honey Roasted Pecans (Opt.)
  • add   1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • add   1 Cup Sour Cream
  • add   1 Cup Mayonnaise


  1. Wash Apples thoroughly. Dice apples and celery. Place in large bowl. Add cranberries and honey roasted pecans to apples in large bowl. In a separate medium bowl, mix sugar with sour cream & mayonnaise. Add this mixture to apples, celery and cranberries in large bowl. Gently mix until all is evenly coated. Cover with plastic wrap or put into a covered bowl and refrigerate. Best if refrigerated several hours before serving.
