I was searching for using the leftover turkey recipes after Thanksgiving rather using the bored same turkey sandwiches.. LOL

Ingredients [?] Add all ingredients to Shopping List

  •   1/2 cup mayonnaise
  •   2 tablespoons honey
  •   1 cup sliced celery
  •   1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  •   1/2 pound (1/2-inch thick) slice deli turkey breast, cubed 1/2-inch
  •   1/4 pound (1/2-inch thick) slice Swiss Cheese, cubed 1/2-inch
  •   2 medium (2 cups) Red Deliciious apples, cored, coarsely chopped
  •   6 lettuce leaves, if desired

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and honey in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves.
  3. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.

I do not use honey because of I have diabetics.. I love any waldorf salads!!
