  • add   3 cans large White Northern Beans with juice
  • add   3 cans Chicken Broth
  • add   2 cloves garlic
  • add   1 medium onions
  • add   1 tbs. oil
  • add   1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • add   4 cups cooked chicken breasts
  • add   1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • add   1 tsp. cumin seed
  • add   1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • add   1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • add   3 cups Monterey Jack cheese
  • add   1 4oz. can green chilies-diced
  • add   Jalapeno peppers to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts 10 min. Saute onions in oil, garlic pressed and spices. When onions are transparent, add Rotel & Chilies. Throw in the beans with the juice and add chicken broth. Add chopped chicken. Simmer until ready to eat then add the cheese and stir until melted.
