6 whle fish cleaned any kind ( leave the head , tail & finns on)
-
beer
-
old spice
-
lemon pepper
-
garlic powder
-
onion powder
-
1-lime juice
-
1 lemon juice
-
dry cilantro
-
dry dill
-
exta virgin olive oil
-
for garnish need fresh lemon slice,mint & parsley,
Instructions
- 1-soak the fish in beer for few min..
- rub olive oil all around the skin & inside the fish
- 2-mix all the dry seasoning & dust over the fish skin
- on both side & insde..
- 3-place the fish between the cage wire grill fish holder and grill over open fire outside. grill for five or 8 -10 min on each side.until skin is nice golden brown & crispy .
- 4-in a large platter arrange the fish add the lemon & lime juice as needed to tast .
- garnish with slices of lemmon ,fresh mint & fresh parsley

depends on size of the fish the biger the fish the more cooking time and serves more people.
