My mother always tried to make me eat this breakfast, I never liked it... now that i'm older, I have learned to make it MY way and I love it!

Change Serving Size
  • add   1/2 cup of quick cooking oats
  • add   1 cup of vanilla soymilk
  • add   1/8 ts vanilla
  • add   A pinch of Salt
  • add   1 TB sugar (I use a packet of Stevia)


  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly
  3. Let it boil, stir some more and lower the heat.
  4. After 10 mins of cooking and stirring it should be ready to eat
