  • add   (12 oz. schredded cheddar cheese)-topping
  • add   1 tbl spoon "Mrs. Dash" Garlic & Herb blend
  • add   1 tbl spoon crushed garlic in /olive oil
  • add   1-turn fresh ground sea-salt
  • add   2-turns fresh ground peppercorns
  • add   1/3 cup red hot sauce
  • add   1 stick butter
  • add   ("zinger sauce")-
  • add   1 tbl spoon "Mrs. Dash" original blend
  • add   1 fresh ground clove of garlic
  • add   2-turns fresh ground sea-salt
  • add   5-turns fresh ground peppercorns
  • add   1/3 cup 100% x-tra virgin olive oil
  • add   1/2 cup red wine vineger
  • add   ("marinade")-
  • add   2lbs. 99% fat free chicken breast strips

Instructions

  1. Marinade 2 lbs. 99% fat free tender chicken breast strips for 3 to 24 hours.Mix and pour marinade over chicken in a pyrex dish, cover and refrigerate for 3 to 24 hours. Bake or broil chicken for 25 to 30 minutes on 375%. Let sit for 5 minutes.Mix zinger sauce ingrediants in a sauce pan and heat until butter is melted stirring often. Place 4 cooked chicken breast strips on a dinner plate, drizzle "zinger sauce" over chicken breast and than top with schredded cheddar cheese; garnish with fresh Kale and a ripe cherry tomato; serve with slender celery sticks and blue cheese dressing
