bean dip casserole recipes

- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (3 ounce) can black olives (sliced or chopped)
- 2 cans bean dip
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 medium ripe avocados
- 1/2-1 package taco seasoning mix

- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 (9 ounce) can frito bean dip
- 5 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 package taco seasoning
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- green onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese

- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can black olives
- 1 package avocado dip
- 1 1/2-2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can jalapeno bean dip
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 package taco seasoning mix

- 1 can of black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 avocado, cut into very small pieces, but not mashed
- 1 half small red onion (or quarter of large) diced very small
- 1 c an diced tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded, chopped into verysmall pieces
- juice of half a lemon
- juice of half a lime
- a couple splashes of red hot or tobasco sauce
- half a bag of taco style shredded cheese
- *can also add a mango, diced in same size as avocado
- *corn also goes well in this dip (in place of mango)
- * for more spice, add an extra jalapeno, more tobasco, and some crushed red pepper

- Ritz cracker crumbs (our preference) or breadcrumbs, to taste (enough to cover top of casserole)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- fresh broccoli florets
- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
- shredded cheddar cheese, to taste (enough to cover top of casserole)
- grated parmesan cheese, to taste (enough to cover top of casserole)
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
