- 4 button mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tsp. organic GF ground garlic or 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. organic GF ground sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp. organic GF apple cider
- 4 whole grain buns, (I use Udi’s GF whole grain hamburger buns, they are dairy, soy and nut free)
- 4 button mushrooms, chopped
- ½ tsp. Organic GF oregano or 1 tsp. organic fresh oregano chopped
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 4 slices of hard cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp. grape seed oil
- Toppings ~ Organic tomatoes, onions, thinly sliced organic cabbage, organic lettuce, GF mustard, sour cream or what ever you desire.
