- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped fresh Basil
- 5 lg. Russet potatoes (2 1/2 lbs.)
- 1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
- 4 halves cooked chicken breast, cut into slivers(thinley sliced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley/fresh Basil
- 3 cheese sauce

- In sauce pan stir 1/2 cup(1/4lb.)butter & 1/2 cup flour until mixed and bubbling.
- Off heat wisk in 2 cups 1/2&1/2 cream & 2 cups canned chicken broth.
- Add 1/4 th tsp.ground nutmeg
- Stir over med. heat until thickend
- Off heat add 1/2 cup havarti cheese
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
