- 1 medium size cabbage, sliced
- 8 Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced but not too thick
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 cans drained mushrooms
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup bacon grease
- Seasonings:
- 1-2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup Parmasean Cheese
- Optional:
- Add 1-1/2 lbs. chopped beef
- Add crumbled bacon
