- Mint and coriander-few
- Salt-as per required

- Peas-1 small cup
- Vineger-2 table spoon
- Grinded cashewnut paste-1 tablespoon
- Kova without sugar-1 table spoon
- METHOD:
- Clean the rice and soak it in water foe some time.
- Slice the vegetables.
- Pour 2 teaspoon oil and 2 teaspoon ghee in the pan and heat it.
- Add cinnamon,2 nos cloves,4 nos cardamom and fry it.
- Add sliced onion,salt,turmeric powder to it.
- After somtime add ginger garlic paste,sliced tomato,vegetables,mint and coriander leaves and fry it until everything becomes a mixture.
- Then add curd ,vineger,cashewnut paste,salt and soaked rice along with adequate amount of water to it.
- Close the cooker pan and allow it to cook till one whistle.
- 9. Â Then reduce the flame and let the cooker to work in reduced flame for 5 minutes.
