I make this on the weekend for breakfast during the week

  • 4 1/2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup raisins
