I was born in a large family, seven kids. My mom, five other sister and brother are all great cooks . I have extensively traveled to countries such as Italy, Spain, Peru, Egypt, France, England, Mexico, Pakistan, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Canada. I am a Graphic designer and presentation is very important to me. I am also married with three kids and eating healthy is very important to my family. As part of our social life we like to entertain. We do a lot of appetizers and cook for our friends and family. Our friends diet becomes very important to us too( high carb. low carb, gluten free..ect.). So as you could see. I love and enjoy international cooking and be able to adapt it to different diet. I think great appetizers are the best and easy way to entertain.
