Yummy!
I made these for the Super Bowl last year using center cut bacon. Not to greasy plus it's wrapped in bacon. How can it be bad?

I don't have a recipe for this furry little guy but was able to pick up a couple while I was in Costa Rica. Peel it like an orange and eat the golf ball size guts. Carefull, it does have a pit. If you ever get a chance to try a mamone I highly suggest it!!

The pre-thanksgiving day feast was a huge bacon wrapped hit.Bacon wrapped scallops, Bacon wrapped Turkey, I even wrapped my beer in bacon at one point.
