Yummy!
These burgers are really tasty and unique. All of the spices really make the burger good. The pineapple is a huge treat also. The grill caramelizes the pineapple and makes it a very tender and sweet topping with the hamburger.

I have no idea where Lee's Family Diner is and who the heck is Becky!. I found this on the www.copykat.com site. My youngest DS requested burgers and 'fries for his birthday lunch and so I made this. We all liked it VERY much, pretty greasy though, so have plenty of napkins available. For the texas toast, use whatever flavor your family likes, I used parmesan. This was delicious, one that I will be making again-hope you think so too.

This is from the George Foreman Great Grilling Recipe book. Being soy intolerant, I can never eat regular veggie burgers. These are a snap to throw together, especially if you have left over brown rice. I love the carrot, curry and walnut together...really delicious!

I haven't tried this yet, but am putting it here so I don't lose it! The directions say to place on an ungreased baking pan, however I think I will put on a rack in a 9 x 13 pan..that grease has to go somewhere.

Adapted from a grocery store circular. For a fun twist, you can form these into the shape of a hot dog.
