This is something new that our family tried that I got from a magazine. We were surprised that we would all like it so much! It doesn't take very much time at all so it is great when time is limited.

Someone gave me this recipe a few years back and it's become a household favorite. You can use mild, medium or hot salsa depending on your taste. I usually serve it with Spanish rice and Mexican-style canned corn. Very easy and quick!

Tender, fall-off-the-bone chicken! Omit the overnight refrigeration if you are in a hurry. For variety, eliminate the onion and substitute a quartered lemon or two, stuffed into the chicken cavity. Chef Shapeweaver had a good suggestion: Use my Fajita Seasoning Mix #28011 as another variation. Thanks!

I made this cake for an Autumn Harvest Party we had. It was a huge hit. It's very moist and very delicious! But I don't think you'd have to wait till autumn to make it, it would be good anytime! And it is really easy to prepare!

Found this recipe and thought it sounded great. Thought some of you might like to try it too! If snickers and salad are in the same title, I just assume it can't be bad, can it? Allow 1 hour for refrigeration!
