This came out of the Weight Watchers Cookbook but it is far from tasting like WW. It is 2 points for a one-cup serving and DELICIOUS. These veggies are great reheated or cold in pita bread for lunch with some hummus. They make a wonderful accompaniment to any meat or fish dish. My daughter discovered this recipe and makes it all the time, too. This makes two large baking sheets full of yummy veggies.

I got this from a crock pot cookbook several years ago and have made it many times. We all love it. Get a crusty sub roll, spread it with butter, garlic salt and pop in under the broiler for a few minutes and then make your sandwich. It is yummy and easy.

This is a tasty dish that I got from another cooking website. It is quick and easy to make. Yummy! It can be made ahead of time and the toppings put on before you bake it. If you do that, let it stand at room temperature for a little while. NOTE: I sometimes do it all in a frying pan and then put it into a casserole dish and bake it.

The biggest and softest molasses cookies I have ever had. I have tried many recipes and these are the best. The secret is the 1/4 cup of Black Strap molasses (if you have it) added to the regular molasses. And yes, the recipe is correct--no eggs, yet they are still the softest.

This is a savory scone. Serve them warm with butter and hot pepper jelly or honey. They are good with chili, or any bean dish, or just by themselves with tea.

A delicious treat on Valentine's Day or for a tea party. Each scone is two layers with a raspberry jam filling and sprinkled lightly with white sugar and then with red sugar crystals. Any other red jam would be fine--strawberry or cherry. They are beautiful on a tray or serve in a pretty basket lined with a napkin. If you are doing these for a tea party just use a smaller heart cookie cutter but it will make many more, or you could make a few small ones for the party and the rest larger ones for yourselves.

This is a basic cream scone that you can use to make any kind of scone. They are delicious.

This is a recipe for the real shortcake, or better yet--a cream scone with no filling. If you like strawberry shortcake, you'll love this. It is tender and flakey and oh, so yummy.

A prominent department store used to sell these in their bakery case. These are big muffins loaded with blueberries. They are nice and sweet. All I can say about them is to try them--they are great. I like to use our Maine blueberries as there is a lot of flavor, but any wild blueberry will be fine.

I make these anytime of the year, but was a tradition with my granddaughter that we take them to Easter Sunrise Service breakfast. Everyone loves them. If you don't overbake them, they are soft and tender and delicious with an icing. You'll make them again and again.

This makes two loaves. A very moist nut bread with an orange glaze on top. Delicious! They make nice gifts if you tuck one in a basket with a pretty napkin and bow. This is one of the recipes that I did in "Christmas Goodie Class" a couple of years ago. Everyone got to taste it and loved it. Enjoy!

These are delicious and so easy to make. If you make your own Chili (it freezes well in small containers), you will have it to make these any time or use another chili recipe. There is really no specified amount that you can make. Just use the three ingredients and as much as you want of all of them and enjoy.

This is a good dip to bring to a gathering. It is made with the bags of sandwich beef that hang in the sandwich meat section of the grocery store. This is a totally delicious dip that men, especially, love. It has a wonderful hint of green pepper and onion and when baked and served it has great flavor.

I got this from my daughter. She had it with the baked Tostito Scoops. It was delicious. You can eat a whole cup and 15 scoops for 4 points, and one cup is a lot. Do you ever go to a gathering and there is nothing for you to eat if you are on Weight Watchers? Well now you can and you will enjoy it. It can also be used for a condiment. NOTE: I tried and tried to put in the Tostito Scoops in the ingredients and it wouldn't allow me, but you will need these for a dip.

I have been making this for years. It is so good just for a snack. In fact, I have been known to make this for (Ahem!) Sunday supper. Just sit and munch.
