for the first time EVER, we fried a turkey. we did 3 turkeys this thanksgiving (fatties!!) and of the 3, the turkey which we used this recipe was the first to go. we sent the baked turkey home w/ our aunts and uncles... don't let the cayenne pepper scare you at all, it really does burn off during the fry, you're left with just a great tasting turkey. enjoy ;-) -ryan

you'll need to go to Kona, Hawai'i for the full experience on this one. the fish is fresh from the boat that morning and all veggies are fresh too. if you can do the same, have a pale ale on the lanai and watch the sunset at the same time - you're on point with this one.
