On many Greek islands, figs are usually poached in a locally produced dessert wine. The combination of red wine, citrus, and spices used here yields equally sweet results. The honey-yogurt cream is similar to an Italian panna cotta.

Shake all ingredients (except 151 proof rum) with ice and strain into a Collins glass over ice cubes.
Float the 151 proof rum on top, add a cherry (if desired), and serve.

Everclear, ice, and anything bitter.
Like the really cheap grapefruit juice.
The stuff with no added sugar that comes in big cans.
Get a cup of ice, fill it with juice, and pour the Everclear on top.
Mix it up and start drinking.
It'll taste bad but you don't taste the alcohol.
Just the nasty, bitter juice.
Concentrated lime and lemon juice work well, too.
Get yourself your favorite flavor of Snapple, pour in some lemon and lime, and, of course, Everclear.
Make sure it is concentrated lemon and lime juice, though.
